These Terms establish the relationship between GROW WITH GROWS and participating businesses and outline the responsibilities, obligations, and expectations of each Business Partner.
Effective Date: July 28, 2026By registering as a Business Partner with GROW WITH GROWS, creating a Business Partner account, accessing the Business Portal, publishing offers, or using any services provided by GROW WITH GROWS, you agree to these Business Partner Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms establish the relationship between GROW WITH GROWS and participating businesses and outline the responsibilities, obligations, and expectations of each Business Partner.
By completing the Business Partner registration process and selecting the required consent options, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register as a Business Partner or use the GROW WITH GROWS platform.
To become a GROW WITH GROWS Business Partner, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information. This may include your legal business name, operating name, business category, contact information, address, website, social media profiles, business description, and other information required to create and maintain your business profile.
By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to represent the business and enter into this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to GROW WITH GROWS is accurate and not misleading.
GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to review all applications and may approve, reject, delay, suspend, or terminate any Business Partner account at its discretion if the business does not meet platform requirements, provides inaccurate information, or violates these Terms.
Each Business Partner is responsible for maintaining accurate information displayed on the GROW WITH GROWS platform. This includes business name, description, logo, images, contact information, operating hours, location details, website links, social media profiles, and any other publicly available information.
Business Partners must promptly update their profile information whenever changes occur to ensure members receive accurate and reliable information.
GROW WITH GROWS is not responsible for incorrect information submitted or maintained by a Business Partner. The Business Partner remains responsible for ensuring that all published information complies with applicable laws and accurately represents their business.
GROW WITH GROWS provides Business Partners with an opportunity to connect with members, promote their products and services, increase brand visibility, and participate in a business networking community.
Depending on the selected membership plan or partnership level, Business Partners may receive access to features including business listings, promotional offers, member engagement tools, networking opportunities, community events, marketing exposure, and other platform benefits.
Participation on the platform does not guarantee customer visits, sales, revenue, leads, business growth, or any specific financial results. Business success depends on multiple factors, including business operations, customer experience, pricing, market conditions, and service quality.
Business Partners may create and publish exclusive offers, discounts, promotions, events, or special benefits for GROW WITH GROWS members.
Each Business Partner is solely responsible for ensuring that all offers published on the platform are accurate, clear, and complete. Offers should include all necessary details, including eligibility requirements, validity period, redemption instructions, restrictions, limitations, and any applicable conditions.
Business Partners must honour valid offers according to the terms displayed on the GROW WITH GROWS platform. Any changes, cancellations, or limitations to an offer must be updated promptly to avoid confusion or inconvenience for members.
Business Partners are fully responsible for creating, managing, updating, and removing their own offers through the GROW WITH GROWS Business Portal.
Although GROW WITH GROWS may provide technical support, guidance, or assistance with platform usage, the Business Partner remains responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, and fulfillment of all offers published under their account.
GROW WITH GROWS may review, modify, suspend, or remove any offer that appears misleading, inaccurate, inappropriate, unavailable, or inconsistent with platform standards.
Members may redeem eligible offers through the GROW WITH GROWS platform according to the instructions provided with each offer.
Business Partners agree to verify valid membership status when required and provide the applicable discount, benefit, or promotion according to the published offer terms.
A Business Partner may refuse redemption only when the offer is expired, invalid, already redeemed beyond permitted limits, does not meet the stated conditions, or there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity.
Business Partners agree to treat GROW WITH GROWS members professionally and provide a positive customer experience.
All purchases, bookings, services, transactions, and interactions between members and Business Partners are directly between the member and the Business Partner.
The Business Partner is solely responsible for all aspects of their products and services, including quality, pricing, availability, customer service, refunds, warranties, complaints, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws.
GROW WITH GROWS acts only as a platform connecting businesses and members. GROW WITH GROWS does not sell, provide, manufacture, guarantee, or control any products or services offered by Business Partners.
Certain Business Partner memberships, promotional packages, advertising opportunities, or additional platform features may require payment.
All applicable fees must be paid according to the selected plan, agreement, or payment schedule. Fees may be subject to applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise required by law, Business Partner membership fees, subscription payments, promotional fees, and other service charges are non-refundable.
Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of Business Partner access.
By becoming a Business Partner, you authorize GROW WITH GROWS to display and promote your approved business information on its platform and marketing channels.
This may include your business name, logo, description, offers, images, website links, social media information, events, and promotional content provided by you.
GROW WITH GROWS may use this information to promote the Business Partner community through websites, mobile applications, newsletters, social media, advertisements, and events.
Business Partners retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and business materials.
GROW WITH GROWS collects and uses Business Partner information to operate the platform, manage accounts, provide services, communicate updates, promote businesses, and improve member experiences.
Business Partner information will be handled according to applicable Canadian privacy laws and GROW WITH GROWS' Privacy Policy.
Business Partners must not collect, misuse, share, or store member information obtained through the platform except for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Business Partners agree to maintain professional, ethical, and lawful business practices while participating in the GROW WITH GROWS community.

GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to take appropriate action if a Business Partner violates these standards.
All GROW WITH GROWS trademarks, logos, software, designs, platform content, and materials remain the exclusive property of GROW WITH GROWS or its licensors.
Business Partners may use approved GROW WITH GROWS branding materials only for authorized promotional purposes.
Business Partners grant GROW WITH GROWS permission to display their approved business information for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
GROW WITH GROWS may suspend or terminate a Business Partner account if the Business Partner violates these Terms, provides inaccurate information, fails to honour offers, receives significant complaints, engages in fraudulent activities, or misuses the platform.
Upon termination, GROW WITH GROWS may remove the business profile, disable offers, and restrict access to Business Portal features.
Termination does not remove any obligations or responsibilities that arose before termination.
GROW WITH GROWS provides a platform to connect businesses and members but does not guarantee business results, customer acquisition, revenue, or profitability.
GROW WITH GROWS is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, claims, or expenses resulting from transactions, products, services, customer relationships, or business operations conducted by Business Partners.
The Business Partner agrees to protect and hold harmless GROW WITH GROWS, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on the GROW WITH GROWS website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Business Portal after updates means that the Business Partner accepts and agrees to the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled according to applicable Canadian legal requirements.
