Yes. You can update, pause, or remove your offers at any time through your Business Portal.
Business Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, terms, and fulfillment of their offers. Please ensure all information is current before publishing.
Yes. You can set redemption limits, expiry dates, usage conditions, and other restrictions when creating an offer.
Members redeem offers through the GROW WITH GROWS Member Portal during checkout. You can verify the redemption before applying the discount or benefit.
Yes. Business Partners may request a valid photo ID to verify that the person redeeming the offer is the registered member.
Yes. If an offer does not meet the published terms and conditions or appears to be used fraudulently, you may refuse redemption with a valid reason.
Yes. Your business profile can include your logo, business description, contact information, website, social media links, business hours, photos, and available offers.
You will only receive information necessary to complete the transaction or redemption, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the member's privacy settings.
Yes. Business Partners can use their digital profile and NFC-enabled membership card as a digital business card to instantly share approved business information with customers and other professionals.
Depending on your membership plan, you may be able to add multiple authorized users to manage your business account.
Your business profile and offers may become inactive until your membership is renewed.
Yes. GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to remove or suspend any offer or business account that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

No. Business Partner memberships, subscriptions, and promotional services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
