These Terms define your rights, responsibilities, and the rules for using the GROW WITH GROWS platform as a member.
Effective Date: July 28, 2026By registering for a GROW WITH GROWS membership, accessing our website, mobile application, member portal, digital membership card, physical NFC membership card, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms define your rights, responsibilities, and the rules for using the GROW WITH GROWS platform.
To become a GROW WITH GROWS member, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your personal information whenever required. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities performed through your account.
Membership is provided only to the registered individual and cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or used by another person. GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that contains inaccurate information or violates these Terms & Conditions.
GROW WITH GROWS membership provides access to exclusive offers, discounts, promotions, networking opportunities, community events, partner benefits, and other member privileges available through participating businesses.
Membership benefits may change from time to time based on available programs, partnerships, promotions, and membership plans. GROW WITH GROWS does not guarantee that all offers or benefits will always be available.
Certain membership plans may require payment. Membership fees, subscription charges, physical membership card fees, and other applicable charges must be paid according to the selected membership plan.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes. Unless otherwise required by law, all membership purchases, subscriptions, and related fees are non-refundable.
Members may receive access to a digital membership card and/or physical NFC membership card. The membership card is intended only for the registered member and must not be shared or transferred.
Members may be required to verify their identity when redeeming certain offers. GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to deactivate any card or account that is misused, duplicated, or used fraudulently.
Lost, stolen, or damaged physical membership cards may be replaced subject to applicable replacement fees.
The GROW WITH GROWS physical NFC membership card may also function as a digital business card.
Members can manage their shared information through their member portal, including name, contact details, business information, social media links, website, profile photo, and other selected information.
Members have full control over which information is visible or hidden. Members are responsible for ensuring that all shared information is accurate and updated.
Offers and discounts available through GROW WITH GROWS are provided by participating partner businesses.
Each offer may have specific conditions, including expiry dates, redemption limits, minimum purchase requirements, restrictions, availability, or other terms defined by the participating business.
Offers may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
Members must redeem eligible offers through the GROW WITH GROWS platform or member portal according to the instructions provided with each offer.
Partner businesses may verify membership status before providing discounts or benefits. Businesses may refuse redemption if an offer is expired, invalid, already used, or does not meet the stated terms and conditions.
Fraudulent use, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of offers may result in suspension or termination of membership.
GROW WITH GROWS provides a platform that connects members with participating businesses. Products, services, pricing, availability, quality, warranties, customer service, and fulfillment are the responsibility of each individual partner business.
GROW WITH GROWS does not guarantee the quality, availability, performance, or outcome of any product or service provided by partner businesses.
Any concerns, disputes, refunds, returns, or service issues related to a partner business must be addressed directly with that business.
By providing your contact information and selecting marketing consent during registration, you agree to receive communications from GROW WITH GROWS, including promotional emails, SMS/text messages, newsletters, event invitations, membership updates, special offers, discounts, surveys, and community announcements.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by selecting the unsubscribe option in emails or replying "STOP" to SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.
GROW WITH GROWS collects, uses, and protects personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Your information may be used to manage your membership, verify your identity, provide member benefits, process offer redemptions, improve services, communicate important updates, and deliver marketing communications where consent has been provided.
Members agree not to misuse the GROW WITH GROWS platform, including attempting unauthorized access, creating fraudulent accounts, sharing account credentials, manipulating offers, providing false information, interfering with platform operations, or engaging in any unlawful activity.
Any violation of these requirements may result in account suspension or termination.
GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if a member violates these Terms & Conditions, misuses membership benefits, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information, or creates risk to the platform, members, or partner businesses.
Termination may occur without prior notice where permitted by law.
GROW WITH GROWS reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROW WITH GROWS is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damages, claims, or expenses resulting from the use of the platform, membership benefits, partner offers, or third-party services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
